TRAVIS 2 FURY EVENT
The World Fighting Coalition presented the Travis 2 Fury event last weekend. The show took place at the Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield California. James Aguilar competed in a exciting match that went to a draw. He nearly finished his opponent via darce choke and looked dominant in the match. James is consistently competing in tournaments and definitely a serious competitor to watch out for in the blue belt division.

DREAM JIU-JITSU TOURNAMENT
Two of our athletes competed at the Dream Jiu-Jitsu Tournament that took place May 3rd. Both Anthony Aguilera and Maxx Lee have started competing in the adult division this year. Anthony won 1st place in his division while Maxx won 2 out of his 4 fights. He was the youngest at (14) and the only non blue belt (green belt) at the tournament. Great things in the future for these two, check them out in action below!

SAVE THE HAMMER
UFC Hall of Famer Mark "The Hammer" Coleman currently needs the support of fight fans around the world. After a hip replacement in 2013 that wasn't properly healed, he was taken to the hospital where a doctor checked him out. He had to stay four days on antibiotics. After his release, he went to see the hip doctor again and scheduled to have a surgery only to discover he was full of infection and very close to being septic. He is currently hospitalized with a plastic hip until full surgery can be performed in April.
Mark currently has no income and his insurance is about to expire. His friend Wes Sims started a GoFundMe page looking to raise funds to help his medical expenses. The funds raised are going to go to paying hospital bills, procedures, rehab, medicine, and any other medical needs that Mark may require.
As a long time fan of the sport its sad to see an MMA legend in this position after all the years of entertainment he's provided. Hopefully we can all pull together and help Mark out on this fight. If you would like to help Mark out please visit his GoFundMe page HERE. Thank you!

KIDS PAN AMS 2015 / GRAPPLING X / REV GEAR TOURNAMENT
This February several Jiujitsu tournaments took place. Among those where the 2015 Kids Pan Ams, Grappling X, and Rev Gear tournaments.
Competing at the 2015 Kids Pan Ams, Maxx Lee won 2nd place by winning his match by submission but barely losing the final from an advantage. Both of his matches can be viewed here. CLICK TO VIEW> Match 1 / Match 2
At the Grappling X tournament, Sophia Lee won the gold for the adult blue belt division. She will be competing for the first time this year in the adults Pan Ams which were looking forward to!
Last but not least, Anthony Aguilera competed at the Rev Gear tournament. Anthony won all 4 divisions he competed in and won 2 belts in the process. Heres a couple of pictures from the tournaments.

JIU-JITSU DIVISION
2015 has been a busy year for our Youths Jiu-Jitsu Division. Anthony Aguilera competed at the Baddest Blue tournament and took 3rd place. This is really impressive since he competed in a stacked 32 man tournament against adults.
At the All Americas Jiu-Jitsu tournament, Maxx, Sophia, and Nick Lee competed and took medals as well. Maxx and Sophia competed as Blue belts for the first time and had great outings. Both Maxx and Nick took 3rd place in their divisions.

Were very proud of our Youths Jiu-Jitsu Division, not just based on their achievements but also their character. These youngsters seem to be their own worst critic and push themselves every time. Seeing this, we know they will be successful inside and outside the mat.

LONG BEACH PRO
Awesome job this weekend by Maxx, Nick, and Sophia at the Long Beach Pro Jiu-Jitsu Tournament. Between Maxx, Nick, and Sophia, they took home 2 Gold medals and 1 Bronze! 2014 was a great year in competition for them and were looking forward to seeing what they do in 2015. WORLD JIU-JITSU EXPO
This weekend the International Open took place at the World Jiu-jitsu Expo in Long Beach. There where plenty of Jiu-jitsu stars in attendance such as Jacare Souza and Roberto "Cyborg" Abreu just to name a few. Also, competing at the event was Maxx, Sophie, and Nick Lee. As usual they did a great job and took some medals. Below are some pictures from the expo.

MONSTERPALOOZA
Monsterpalooza took place September 12-14 at the Marriott Hotel and Convention Center in Burbank. Painted Demons had a booth there for the first time. BIGGER AND BETTER
The Fit Expo came to the San Jose Convention Center the weekend of July 12. This is the 3rd time Painted Demons worked the event and had the best turn out to date. We had a great time talking to both new and old friends of the brand while also watching some great matches at the Gracie Regionals Jiu-Jitsu Tournament. Painted Demons would like to thank everyone who came by the booth and continue supporting the brand. As Johnny Cash once said "I'm here to do what you want me to and what I want to do." Thank you all for giving Painted Demons a chance to do just that!

NEW PATCHES IN STOCK
We have just released a couple new patches and stocked up on accessories. Our popular Bully design is now available in a jumbo 10 x 10 patch. Jiujitsu Division is also back including Jumbo sizes. Last but not least is our new Alpha patch which displays a Tiger charging into battle. Check out our shop to see whats new.

KAIJU EXPRESS
On the heels of the new Godzilla film, Painted Demons just released a short animation to celebrate the upcoming blockbuster movie. FIGHTING ROBOTS & COTTONMOUTH
Introducing two of our newest designs: Fighting Robots and Cottonmouth! These designs have been in the works for some time now and are finally getting to see the light of day. Other designs in the works for 2014 are a Hawaii and USA tee. We also have a rashguard and hat in the works so stay tuned for new products.

2014 FIT EXPO RECAP
For those that missed the event, Painted Demons was at the LA Fit Expo again this year. The Expo had everything you could imagine, from fitness nutrition to a live Jiujitsu tournament. We had a great time at the show and would like to thank everyone who came down to visit our booth and say hi. On a different note, we will have a couple new items in the following weeks so stay tuned.

R.I.P. JOE CAMACHO
Earlier this week Jiu-jitsu Black belt and MMA pioneer Joe Camacho passed away. Joe woke up to a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital Monday morning where he was later declared dead. This is sad news as Joe was someone I personally knew and thought highly of. Joe was a positive and influential person who I know for a FACT changed and inspired many people. As sad as it is for me to see him go, I know in many ways he's still here with all of us through his teachings. His legacy will carry on with all those he taught the art of Jiu-jitsu and bought up in the MMA circuit. Most importantly one thing I believe we all learned from Joe is how to extend a helping hand to encourage others in reaching their dreams.
